Congratulations to Kaitlin Cherney who has officially completed her three-year GDB instructor apprenticeship. The apprenticeship requires practical, hands-on experience in training both our dogs and our clients, as well as a comprehensive academic course of study.

Kaitlin is from Sacramento, California. In school, she studied biology and anthropology, and worked in shelter/rescue, wildlife rehab, and pet dog training before coming to GDB. She and her husband have a pet Jack Russell terrier named Juni, and a cat named Joey. In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoy taking long walks with her dog, cooking, and reading. When asked about the favorite part of her job, Kaitlin said, "I love that every day brings new challenges!"
